I am an Erickson Professional Certified Coach – EPCC, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation – ICF, a GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach as well as a Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. I specialize in strength based life coaching working with people from all ages of life moving to the next level of awareness and understanding of their unique situations.
With my passion, natural abilities and proven techniques, I see people raise their awareness leading to success in their lives, every day.
I also have extensive training in leadership, communications, strengths based living, life transitions and change. My own journey started out with a background as an amazing little kid that led to a career in Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology.
My approach is practical yet effective, challenging you as an individual to take control of your life and put your thoughts and words into action so you can start realizing the positive benefits you so richly deserve.

What does a Life Coach do exactly?
A Life Coach listens attentively and asks very powerful questions to help bring out your vision of what you desire to change.
A Coach will hold you accountable for the action plan you create and celebrate the milestones of success as you achieve them.
Through identifying with your areas of self-care you will build your own tool kit that will help you build the confidence making future changes more manageable.
How long does it take?
As long as you need, is the best answer. I have no preset notion that any two people are the same. Together we will build the plan and work to your clock as to what is comfortable for you.
On average I see clients start to achieve goals in the first week and then up to 3- 6 months realize the benefits of their plan. There is no hurry but I would work to keep you on track so you don’t fall behind what your expectations are.
How much does it cost?
My fees are approximately $125.00 per session with each session running approximately 30 – 45 minutes; 2 to 4 times per month or as we agree upon over period of 3 – 6 months.
I have session packages for longer term engagement that I can explain when we talk. The initial session is FREE so we can get acquainted and determine if we are a fit to go forward. At that time we can discuss the fee going forward.
I do take into consideration people who are facing financial difficulties, so I am sure we can work something out, just give me a call and we can talk about it.
I also offer discounted pricing for return clients and referrals, inquire for more details.
What kind of clients do you coach?
I Coach clients from different walks of life, from students to mature business professionals.
I also work with teams and groups, the most important thing is to establish that we are a fit for each other and then we can get started. We can do that when we talk during the initial FREE consultation I give to all new clients.

Through specific techniques Coaching helps
build positive proactive thinking that empowers you, the individual to take control and ownership of your own thoughts and actions.
Counseling or Therapy is about deep self- analysis or perhaps regressing to childhood events designed to help people deal with their past.
The other big difference is that counseling and therapy are more about giving advice and directing the client on what to do.
Coaching is not intended to give advice; it is intended to ask powerful questions to enable you to answer your own questions as you move forward to where you want to get to.
